Make an Impact
We’re looking for a sharp and energetic Influencer & Paid Media Coordinator to support digital marketing execution for Fossil Group in the America’s. The right candidate will be a passionate self-starter who loves to test new ideas and execute advertising campaigns.
This position is responsible for collaborating with internal teams and our external agencies to support and strengthen the digital marketing business. This role will report directly to the Sr. Marketing Specialist on the Digital Marketing team and will partner on all portfolio and owned brands across paid media – with an emphasis on paid social – in North America.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Global Influencer Marketing’s strategy with North America-focused plans
- Own development and updates of go-to-market digital marketing campaign documents
- Support digital marketing team across all Fossil owned and licensor campaigns:
- Support holistic campaign planning and execution
- Support seasonal brief development
- Support channel leads with promotion campaign prep
- Own and submit all necessary Workfront/SAP jobs
- Traffic creative assets to agency team(s)
- Oversee process for Google Analytics 360 tagging needs for all paid media channels
- Support seasonal budget planning
- Support weekly, monthly and quarterly performance hindsighting
- Support Sr. Marketing Specialist and digital marketing team in the execution of seasonal campaigns to meet strategic goals, benchmark KPIs and brand standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional departments and external partners
- Engage in weekly agency calls and weekly partner calls to monitor performance and report out on ad performance insights
- Perform regular audits of digital marketing strategy to adopt or test new digital advancements within the DTC ad space
- Closely monitor industry trends and brand competitive analysis to translate those into proactive, actionable recommendations / ideas for the business
- Submit purchase orders / process invoices with Accounting

Your Skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, curiosity and desire to succeed
- Ability to partner and collaborate easily with in-house teams and external vendors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and digital-first thinking
- Desire to pursue digital marketing as a career
- Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of digital media experience (including internships)
- Proficiency working with datasets in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with media platforms and tools a plus: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising
