We are growing our ecommerce presence and launching a new site. We are looking for talented, dynamic people to work with us.

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist of Digital Marketing that is skilled in developing and executing programs that drive efficiency and profitable long-term customer and business outcomes. This will be a hands-on role responsible for driving and optimizing Paid Media across all Precept Businesses and will be expected to bring demonstrated experience across Search/Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Programmatic display/video channels. Responsible for testing new platforms and reporting.

The ideal candidate has prior digital strategy development and implementation experience, and is an entrepreneurial-minded, marketing leader who is a self-starter and ready to take both the strategic and tactical reins to win in the online marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Own the tactical execution of Paid Media campaigns, including: Paid Search, Shopping, Facebook/IG, Affiliates, and product feed optimization
  • Proactivelyanalyze performance trends in order to identify, communicate, and capitalize on digital marketing performance opportunities across platforms, audiences, creative, and technologies
  • Maintainforecasting, budgeting, and invoicing across channels with a high degree of accuracy
  • Developtesting plans to maximize investment value and traffic, share insights with creative teams
  • Partner with the Brand Marketing & Content Specialist to develop content strategy and influencer marketing programming. Implement an affiliates program.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and distribute creative assets
  • Maintain strong knowledge of online advertising, retail/eCommerce, and competitive trends
  • Reliably maintain deadlines, prioritizing projects as needed and communicating any at-risk items
  • Coordinate with members from various teams, including Creative, Onsite, Merchandising, Operations, and Development
  • Run multiple projects at one time

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, growth hacker, or demand generation
  • Previous Experience in Performance / Growth Marketing at a DTC Brand preferred
  • Working knowledge and mastery of Campaign setup, management, bidding strategies and optimization techniques in Google, Facebook, and Display platforms.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven mindset with a highly analytical view of A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Bid optimizations tools and techniques experience.
  • Familiarity with Affiliate programs, Shopify/share-a-sale set up and paid posts.
  • Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage internal and external partner relationships.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to jump into rapidly evolving digital marketing and eCommerce space.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and creating new paths without a template.
  • Positive attitude with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
