Director of Global Marketing
The Director of Marketing is a key leader within in the organization responsible for supporting the strategy, development and management of global marketing initiatives for Elite World Group, the world’s first talent media company.
This role encompasses the brand, licensing, and strategic partnerships to drive marketing and communications plans, develop and manage brand and product launches and lead relationships with key partners – ensuring results-driven, culturally impactful programs.
A successful candidate will have experience in omni-channel marketing, B2C and B2B communications and a deep understanding of influencer marketing.
Responsibilities:
· Develop brand marketing strategies that support business goals, with a focus on global perception, engagement and attracting new clients to the agency (brands and talent)
· Identify and create distinct marketing strategies for Elite products, collaborations and licensed brands in the fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle space
· Develop GTM strategies and digital-first launch plans for new products that drive awareness, engagement and sales
· Lead the creation of cutting-edge content plans, influencer strategy and events
· Track the media, influencer and retail landscape, competitive environments, and consumer trends to ensure relevancy and position the EWG brand as a leader in the industry identifying new marketing tactics to integrate into our strategies
· Lead B2B marketing efforts, developing thought leadership initiatives that build awareness for EWG’s services including Talent Media, Virtual, Licensing, etc.
· Manage EWG social media teams, driving engagement and reach through content, activations and key partnerships
· Collaborate with PR, Digital, Creative and Media Planning teams to develop best-in-class programs; manage outside agencies and vendors to successfully meet objectives for projects
· Establish quarterly brand roadmap that tracks all marketing tactics and ensure all efforts ladder up to key business focus and meet agreed KPIs
Qualifications:
· Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
· 8-10 years of work experience
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience developing and managing successful paid, earned and owned programs
· Strong communication skills, creative problem solver and decision maker with a proven track record of delivering results
· Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills required
· Confident with excellent verbal and written communication, eager to share and advocate for well-constructed opinions
