Marketing Manager / Influencer Marketing
Location - Burlingame CA
Responsibilities -
- Assist with strategic development and facilitating the creative review process of influencer-facing brand campaigns
- Reviewing & approving influencer-made content from brand-safety and legal (FTC & Health/Safety) perspectives
- Overseeing influencer editorial calendar & liaising with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Integrated Comms Strategy teams for resharing, engagement, and integration opportunities on social media platforms, web and email surfaces
- Assist with internal product seeding asks across different internal cross-functional partners & agencies we work with
- Assist with day-to-day community management of ambassador (unpaid creators) program
- Help drive evergreen social media programs as the team ramps on planned integrated campaigns
- Have a pulse on trends and leaders in the social community
- Assist in developing creative strategies to secure influencer participation while delivering results for integrated marketing campaigns
Qualifications -
- 5+ years managing influencer marketing programs and social media
- 5+ marketing within tech or entertainment industries
- A knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms and the nuances that go into making compelling and engaging influencer content across channels
- Extremely thorough, detail oriented, and highly organized in the midst of a fast-paced work environment
- Experienced in working with and managing Influencers, Creators, and agencies
- Experience in navigating matrixed cross functional organizations, managing and partnering with internal stakeholders ranging from creative, PR, product marketing and legal teams
- Self-starter who is comfortable owning and driving projects involving multiple deliverables and tight deadlines
- Preferably with a passion and interest in gaming, and consumer tech
