Overview of Talent Resources + Role/Responsibilities
Talent Resources is the bridge between Hollywood and Madison Avenue, providing premier brands with instant access to the massive audiences of the leading celebrities and influencers of the world. Talent Resources creates custom, fully integrated celebrity driven social media campaigns for a wide variety of consumer focused lifestyle brands. Utilizing an impressive rolodex of Hollywood and celebrity relationships, paired with our extensive experience creating brand focused experiential events, TR provides clients with a powerful set of tools to amplify brand strategy. We are looking for exceptional talent who have an appetite and the initiative to work in a dynamic, often startup like environment.
The celebrity/influencer team is responsible for aligning brands with appropriate talent partners given a respective scope of work and customer target demographic. Work here will include creating lists of talent partners that align with our client’s goals, and brands that could benefit from collaborating with all kinds of talent.
The coordinator will be joining a fast-paced, creative and self-starting team. He/she will develop influencer proposals for brands as well as keep our team up to date on the latest and greatest research and trends. The coordinator will also assist with the development of sales and marketing materials, including but not limited to case studies, sell sheets, editorial calendar and more. The coordinator may also assist with surveys and prospecting among other things.
We need an individual who's passionate about digital/social advertising, pop culture and can think outside the box. If you're both creative and analytical with a keen eye for detail, we're looking for you!
This will be an excellent next step for anyone that has initial experience in the digital sales and/or influencer marketing spheres.
The position reports to the Director of the Celebrity/Influencer Relations Division in New York City, however this position can be remote if necessary.
Salary: Competitive with the industry standard
DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Program creation
· Proposal generation
· Marketing collateral upkeep
· Talent Outreach
· Influencer List Building
· Contracting
· Brainstorming big ideas
· Interacting with top agencies on major accounts
· Working closely with account execs and other members of the Talent Resources team including Sales, Celebrity/Influencer Leaders and social media management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2 years of social experience at a brand or agency working on influencer projects
· A bachelor’s degree
· Deep and thorough knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) – for both paid and organic
· Knowledge and use of social media platforms and analytics tools (Dovetale, Captiv8, Tribe)
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong Pop Culture Knowledge is a BIG plus.
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Passion and intellectual curiosity around emerging technologies, social trends and content marketing
· Must be a self-starter
· Must be able to develop and maintain relationships and work across multi-functional teams
· Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
· Photoshop, photography, basic graphic design skills a plus
· Must be flexible, agile and nimble
