Rugs USA is seeking a hardworking and creative team member to manage and execute key areas of our brand marketing strategy, with an emphasis on growing and cultivating our relationships and campaigns with our community. Influencer, Community and Brand Marketing Associate will focus on our influencer marketing efforts, helping to build a strategic community of content creators and brand ambassadors to amplify brand growth and support key business goals. Additionally, this role will own our customer and community communications on social and support the Director of Brand Marketing on new partnerships and PR opportunities.

Responsibilities

Influencer Program Management

● Collaborate with Brand Director to build brand ambassador program and strategic influencer campaigns to drive conversions, brand conversation and advocacy

● Actively source, evaluate, pitch and negotiate strong partnerships to scale our programs in alignment with key business initiatives

● Manage the execution of all partner content creation, including the ordering and tracking of products, photography and messaging guidelines, deadlines and scheduling, and the submission of internal creative briefs where needed

● Manage and vet all inbound collaboration requests

● Work closely with content creators and brand ambassadors to test new content types and collaborate with Brand Director and Content Coordinator on strategic ways to maximize UGC potential

● Measure and report out on program performance and KPIs and track key social community and influencer milestones

● Maintain and establish industry relationships with content creators across key verticals, as well as identify and track emerging trends and innovations in the digital and influencer marketing space

Community Communications

● Act as the owner of the Rugs USA brand voice on social, managing all communications and interactions with our customers and larger community on social to garner brand love and increase awareness

● Stay up to date on social and community best practices; identify areas of opportunity to better serve our community on social

● Help address community and customer care inquiries in real time by partnering with Customer Experience to escalate order issues, and consistently improve the way we communicate with our community on social to ensure we are creating a best-in-class experience

● Manage social listening and read out on community feedback on social to cross-functional teams where applicable

● Daily moderation of pending and approved reviews on the site; generating a top-line weekly summary, aggregating relevant reviews for the home page and translating review feedback for application cross-channel

Additional Brand Marketing Initiatives

● Assist the Director of Brand Marketing with key areas of focus including earned PR opportunities and partnerships where appropriate

Skills and Experience

● Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media, influencer relations, PR and/or brand partnerships

● Strong ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative data

● Familiarity with managing influencer platforms such as Mavrck or AspireIQ and media management tools such as Curalate

● Excellent written and verbal communication, project management and time management skills

● Proven understanding of social media best practices and experience with content creation

● Interest in influencer and brand marketing with an emphasis on building community with effective relationship-building skills

● Prior experience in the interior design or home industry is a plus!
