The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic social media campaigns for an entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This position reports to the KNS International - Director of Marketing and E-Commerce.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and execute the promotion and positioning of each product within our brand via all social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc...
- Create and manage an Influencer marketing strategy.
- Foster an environment of creativity to create campaigns and produce content that attracts customers and increases brand awareness and brand consistency.
- Responsible for supporting content creation, copywriting material, proofreading and displaying expertise in creating social narratives via written and visual content
- Maintain a high level of organization and strong attention to detail.
- Ensure strong working relationships with each department and individual stakeholders to ensure cohesiveness amongst all branding efforts.
- Maintain a strong degree of knowledge on each aspect of each product, marketing trends and social media technologies.
- Manage, maintain, and monitor the campaign budget.
- Analyze social media metrics and feedback to optimize content, drive improvement, enhance our strategy, and grow our follower communities.
- Prepare and provide regular updates and analytic reporting to pertinent team members on an ad-hoc and regularly scheduled basis.
· Proficient in software programs to create calendars, schedules, and project timelines, and marketing campaigns.
· Serve as a trainer for all in-house social media training
· Any other appropriate tasks as assigned by management
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Very strong creative and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven track record and experience developing social media campaigns.
- Experience working with a variety of departments and levels of employees, building relationships & driving completion of deliverables
- Ability to think creatively and strategically and communicate at the executive level, coupled with top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of influencer marketing, content formats, various social platforms, social guidelines, and regulations.
- Proficient with MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook and Word and various marketing automation and CRM tools
- Able to work and think quickly
· Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
· Must be able to prioritize a heavy workload (metric driven) with exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Must be trustworthy and handle highly confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.
· Occasional travel may be required.
· Experience operating in a fast-scaling business a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ related experience (SEO, Influencer marketing, social media, paid media, blog writing)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or another related field
- Previous Experience and interest in fashion and/or footwear.
- Legally able to work in the United States
