We do it through a strategic and creative combination of Analytics, PR, Social Media, & Digital Content that leverages earned media and influential voices to authentically connect brands with their target audiences at scale.

We’re looking for a stand-out influencer expert to lead day-to-day operations of influencer workstreams across portfolio of accounts; serving as the team lead and primary point of contact, anticipating client needs and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Expertise:

  • Strong influencer and talent management agency relationships to tap into when casting for influencer opportunities.
  • Develop influencer strategies laddering up to clients’ business goals, serving as executional oversight to the team. The person in this role should have the following:
  • Practical and advanced understanding of social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate into client programs.
  • A strong voice in the influencer content creation process, with a keen eye for making content that will resonate with audiences while remaining strategically linked to business goals. Ensure that influencer content is on-strategy and meets best practices.
  • A keen understanding of/ability to assist with paid campaigns to amplify content where needed (working with and learning from paid lead).
  • An in-depth understanding of influencer performance metrics, able to support and guide team to report on regular campaign performance and lead project reporting/recap decks for all programming, providing key learnings/recommendations and identifying opportunities for up-sell.

· Account/Team Management:

  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, working closely with clients as their day-to-day partner to provide quick, strategic solutions across integrated projects; Serve as QA lead for all client-facing deliverables to ensure they meet strategy and best practices.
  • Manage a team of 3-5 support staff (is this right? I guessed based on your team structure) and cross-functional partners to execute against key projects and client priorities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal agency partners/departments to ensure all parties are aligned on deliverables and expectations.
  • Demonstrate understanding of integrated account management in creative environment including briefing, project management, strategy and execution.
  • Contribute to operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline, and budget adherence.
  • Lead financial aspects of accounts including forecasting, projections, profit margin and revenue. Ability to write and execute multiple scopes of work and PO systems.
  • Address client issues thoughtfully and efficiently manage deliverables timelines.
  • Identify client opportunities and approaches across portfolios and brands to streamline efforts and grow business.

Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of agency experience, with a broad grasp of influencer strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic – skilled in both written and presentation skills
  • Solutions-oriented and proactive with a strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams
  • Experienced client service expert, able to converse as a strategic advisor to the leadership of a variety of brands
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, paid media and the influencer ecosystem
  • Previous experience serving as a main point of contact for clients with a proven ability to manage projects within budget, a passion for creative thinking and experience partnering with creative teams and designers.
  • Proven ability to manage large projects and small teams on one or more sizable accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately judge and edit work of others
  • Experience implementing brand strategy, brand campaigns, influencer, digital and integrated marketing campaigns
