Zeno Silicon Valley is looking for a passionate storyteller to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have a mix of social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital analytics experience and the drive to learn and grow. This storyteller will be responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day activities of client programs with a focus on brand storytelling on social media channels.

The Account Executive will work with some of the world’s most renowned brands. Candidates should have a knowledge base of the digital media landscape and an understanding of media and marketing channels (e.g., social, programmatic, search, influencer, TV, video and email), with an emphasis on social. Experience with developing thought leadership campaigns including executive visibility on social media and influencer engagement is critical — including both paid and earned models. 

The Account Executive will drive content programs on various channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube while playing a significant role in managing influencer marketing campaigns, both paid and organic. Zeno wants a candidate who is data-driven minded and likes getting in the weeds on data, primarily Brandwatch, to uncover trending topics for content marketing purposes.

Additionally, this role will be client-facing so experience interfacing with clients and corporate executives is required. We need a candidate who is detail-oriented and stay on top of deliverables. And most importantly, we want people who are eager and ambitious. About You

    • 2+ years of experience in social/digital marketing, primarily B2B
    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, or other related field
    • Experience with corporate content strategy development, whether for a brand’s corporate social channels or an executive’s personal channels
    • Stellar copywriting skills, including experience writing social ad copy for brands
    • Experience with engaging influencers (B2B a plus) in a paid and/or earned capacity
    • Experience with promoting social media content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
    • Experience in client communications
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong problem-solving and natural leadership
    • Understanding of performance metrics, optimization and ability to spot trends
    • Understanding of data and how it can be used to create content
    • Excellent time management skills and highly organized, with experience working simultaneously on multiple clients and projects
    • Extremely comfortable with Microsoft Office applications

Pluses

    • Experience with StreamYard or other virtual video platforms
    • Proficiency in analytics, content marketing and influencer marketing platforms like Brandwatch, Audiense, Traackr, Muck Rack, BrightEdge, Moz Pro and SEMRush.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and various ad platforms
    • Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, animation and motion graphics
    • Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School and Google Analytics
    • Social media management tools like Sprout Social, Social Studio, Hootsuite and Khoros
    • Experience with SEM/SEO and programmatic display
