Role

Topps Digital Sports & Entertainment is looking for a Blockchain Marketing Manager who has a passion for digital, experiential and influencer marketing in the blockchain and crypto space. A proactive and effective problem-solver who prides themselves on their strong project management skills and ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.

This position would report to the Director of Marketing while also working closely with the Topps Blockchain team to coordinate promotions, marketing. and PR associated with existing and future NFT content releases.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and roll-out marketing campaigns to generate consumer interest in Topps NFT releases and drive content sales
  • Vet advertising partners and influencers to create an active roster of marketing partners to activate with for relevant NFT content releases and announcements
  • Marketing lead on collaborative licensor/partner programs for NFT releases
    • Co-funded ad campaigns
    • Global Topps business unit support/amplification
    • Manage the creation and approval of marketing graphical assets
  • Liaison between blockchain team and Topps Digital marketing team to inform and project manage NFT related marketing efforts and how they coincide with overall group’s marketing efforts
    • Work with PR agency on record to coordinate media outreach efforts
  • Submit marketing assets into approval portals and provide feedback as needed
  • Collaborate with NFT product teams and Community Manager to create original content, storyboards, video ads
  • Contribute and execute over-arching marketing strategies for Topps Digital S&E

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 4+ years previous Digital Marketing experience is required
    • Previous crypto, blockchain, fintech or defi work experience is recommended
    • Launching ad campaigns, influencer content, player activations
  • Experience with various self-serve ad platforms
    • (Facebook, Google AdWords, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating and executing global multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Vetting and negotiating ad campaigns with publishers, ad networks, etc.
  • Experience vetting and coordinating high-impact influencer campaigns
    • Developing a roster of Topps influencers to support major news and releases
  • Experience working with licensors and partners on collaborative marketing programs
    • Coordinating campaigns, providing creative, relaying release information, etc.
  • Experience coordinating and managing experiential events and activations
  • Strong Adobe Photoshop skills – video editing a plus
  • Passion and knowledge of trends and current events as they relate to major sports & entertainment properties
  • Strong pulse on the crypto/blockchain industry and understanding of target audiences
  • Strong ad copy and website copyediting skills and experience
  • Familiarity with digital marketing key performance indicators and attribution
    • Generating tracking links, navigating Google Analytics, campaign reporting metrics
