OVERVIEW

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a part of the Social and Content Team and reports directly into the Associate Director of Content to build and maintain UO’s community of influencers and creators to commission content (video and/or imagery), handle communication, maintain databases, and provide any analytics for metrics for pitches and recaps. They will be responsible for maintaining our monthly ambassador program and organic gifting, including influencer outreach and distribution of product. This role focuses on influencer management and creative campaigns that will live on Urban Outfitters social and marketing channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMISSIONING CONTENT
- Plan, produce, and schedule weekly content from influencers for Instagram and TikTok, covering Women’s, Men’s, Home and Beauty, working with the Social and Affiliates Teams as needed.
- Communicate with monthly ambassadors about upcoming campaigns and needed content.
- Work alongside the partnerships team to identify influencers and manage branded campaigns.
- Identifying new influencers and initiatives to feature on UO social channels and UO Community page.
- Share assets and work with Affiliates team to boost organic influencer content on relevant platforms.
COMMUNITY BUILDING
- Aim to continue to create a diverse and inclusive UO Community.
- Maintain existing relationships with UO community through ambassador programs, thoughtful gifting, content opportunities and supporting their initiatives.
- Expand UO’s community of collaborators through reach out, organic gifting, and thoughtful content opportunities.
- Handle reach out, negotiations, usage, contracts, and expectations directly with influencers on Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
REPORTING & RECAPPING
- Track relevant UGC weekly for Social and Content team recaps.
- Report on and analyse performance against key KPIs.
- Utilize the GRIN influencer marketing platform to track performance and engagement across social channels.
- Track budgets efficiently to reach monthly targets.
COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION
- Create contracts and negotiate fees and deliverables with influencers and agencies.
- Ensure all invoices and any additional needed paperwork is submitted to accounting in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams as-needed for influencer-based campaigns and monthly brand themes.
- Finding new, creative opportunities to grow the influencer outreach program even more.
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure all clothing and product are being sent out efficiently from the UO website.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years influencer management and/or social media experience desired
- A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms as they pertain to creators, influencers, trends, and the UO customer – especially on TikTok and Instagram.
- Organized and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teams
- Existing relationships with US-based influencers a plus
- Experience with the GRIN influencer marketing platform a plus
