About the Role

The Influencer Marketing Lead will manage QUAINT's influencer marketing efforts to build QUAINT's brand awareness and acquire new customers. Representing the frontline of QUAINT, this role will be responsible for maximizing brand reach across top social media platforms and implementing new strategies to build QUAINT's relationships and partnerships with influencers globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust influencer strategy to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness, achieving an efficient CAC and amplifying key brand messaging

• Build the strategy and programming for QUAINT’s Ambassador program

• Establish a monthly reporting system that will evaluate the success of the influencer strategy

• Oversee and manage outreach, contracts, and deliverables with influencers and agents

• Oversee our social media distribution approach for partnerships balancing channel efficiencies/target, talent goals and content creative

• Maintain knowledge and expertise and be resident expert in target demo/genre

• Have a pulse on trends and leaders in the social community

• Work cross-functionally with Social Media / Paid Media team for social media campaigns, event promotions and paid media collaborations

• Develop KPI's and insights both internally and with external partners to benchmark expectations and goals

• Oversee influencer marketing team to ensure the team is hitting all the core metrics

• Manage, expand and motivate the influencer team to increase outreach and subsequent organic impressions; coach team on how to manage influencer selection and negotiations

• Continuously optimize the influencer marketing program to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

-Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion

• 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

• Passionate about the fashion industry , in tune with Gen Z culture and eager to help develop a new fashion brand from scratch

• A person that constantly has their ear to the ground, listening for all things current (pop-culture, trends, user preference shift, etc.)

• Business acumen, project management skills and attention to detail

• High degree of proactiveness, self-motivation and autonomy; confident in working independently and assuming clear ownership of projects in a quickly evolving environment

• Experience in a metric-based performance environment, where you demonstrated your ability to problem solve through a combination of art (creative ideas) and science (measurable outcomes)

• An innovative approach to developing and achieving key success metrics and demonstrated ability to influence successful outcomes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Master of tools such as GSheet/Excel, Zapier, Airtable (bonus)
