The Opportunity:
Zenith is looking for Supervisor, Influencer Marketing to implement
day-to-day-strategy and campaign execution for a marquee Zenith
retail client. The role will both utilize Publicis Groupe influencer platform
for direct Influencer engagement as well as activate third party influencer
agencies based on campaign needs

The Responsibilities
• Manage Influencer/talent direct relationships and activation,
including 3P Influencer partnership campaign strategy and activations
• Lead influencer campaign management, including but not
limited to Influencer recommendation, Influencer contracting, Content
development management, FTC compliance and governance, performance
monitoring and reporting
• Drive strategic vision and development of influencer campaigns,
working in tandem with investment counterparts to establish a paid and
organic recommendation to clients
• Present strategic recommendation to internal and external client
media and brand stakeholders, including Affiliate Influencer Marketing
• Budget management of all Influencer fees and working budget
• Management of all Influencer invoicing and processing, in partnership
with Zenith accounting and finance
• Conduct outreach to all influencer talent, managers and agencies to
gauge interest, negotiate rates and usage and brief talent on creative concepts
• Responsible to be an Influencer knowledge center for influencer best
practices, marketplace intelligence, new offerings, e-commerce offerings and
consistent understanding of ever-changing influencer landscape




Qualifications

Background & Experience
• 4-6 years of experience working in influencer marketing
• Experience in Affiliate marketing, specifically influencer
Affiliate marketing space
• Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-
paced environment
• A self-starter who loves collaboration and is open to feedback,
comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional
teams
• Knowledgeable of all major social platforms and relative influencer
investment experience
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the social
realm
• Knowledge of offline and online space; strong understanding of
the relationship between brand, media, and consumer
• Strong negotiating skills and understanding of usage terms
• Well versed in the influencer marketing space or strong interest
in the industry
• Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand
measurement tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail-oriented
with attention to schedules and timelines, and maintenance of records and materials
