Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. What You’ll Achieve
As the Senior Global Marketing Strategy Consultant - Digital, Social & Influencer you will develop the global business strategy / playbook for Dell Consumer Small Businesses social media and partner / influencer marketing efforts, and will be responsible for effective execution and measurement of success. You will work cross-functionally with the Global Social Media team, Regional Go To Market Teams, Global Creative, Communications, and Sales.
You Will
- Discover and cultivate partner programs to drive collaboration between like segments / targets as well as help identify, source and manage relevant influencers to help build our brand and product strategies
- Support Dell’s digital media influencer council, tracking regional marketing executions, ensure post-campaign reporting and learnings / best practice sharing
- Influence content creation, curation, and calendarization of Dell Consumer Small Business social media across Consumer Small Business to drive best-in-class paid, owned and earned social media and influencer content
- Establish measurement strategies and reporting structure to evaluate impact of social and influencer strategies including ability to work collaboratively internally with multiple teams to forecast, drive, and monitor performance
- Partner with the appropriate Sales and/or cross-functional orgs to plan influencer, social, or partner marketing, and influence integration to PR, Partner Programs, and CRM assisting with business growth activities, fiscally, quarterly, and annually
- Stay current with and assess industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices while showcasing the ability/desire to create/find new levers and opportunities to test and learn
- Work with Shopper Insights + Media Agencies to understand platform trends and how to best align with customer behavior and expectations

Essential Requirements
Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
- 8+ years' of experience in a similar role with digital/social background
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and across multiple stakeholder teams
- Experience managing influencer marketing programs with relationships across consumer electronics however fashion, entertainment, sports, music, culture, lifestyle will be considered
- Background in eCommerce and Content Strategy
- Solid project management and ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently. Effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests/projects
