Summary

The Influencer Marketing Manager at Rose Inc will develop and execute on the brand’s influencer program. This role will be responsible for executing on Rose Inc’s influencer strategies, with a focus on fostering a diverse and engaged influencer community.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day communications with influencer network with an emphasis on building long-term relationships
• Collaborate with marketing teams on larger brand initiatives around product launches
• Monitor key competitor metrics to ensure best-in-class practices
• Utilize analytics and metrics for brand engagement, providing reporting to key internal stakeholders
• Lead robust influencer seeding program around key product launches
• Key owner of influencer partner contracts, negotiating pricing, term agreements and renewals
• Establish and foster relationships with influencers and/or their representatives through various campaigns such as: seeding, ambassadors, community campaigns, etc.
• Manage and execute always-on influencer campaigns in collaboration with Social Media teams
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Team-player with the ability to work cross-functionality across a range of departments
• Flexible and with a proven history of working in fast-paced environments
• Minimum of 5 years in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking aptitude
• Stellar project management skills – ideally process and results driven
• Experience with social listening and community management tools: CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics, Traackr, Google Analytics
