Influencer Program Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented marketer who understands how to strategically coordinate influencer partnerships to connect the WEBTOON brand with Millennial and Gen-Z audiences. You will work with external talent and internal stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Partnerships, Creative, and Content.
**This is a 3-month temp-to-hire position**
What You Will Do
- Work as one of the main POCs for WEBTOON Ambassadors and Influencers
- Coordinate day-to-day Influencer needs and Inquiries Including asset trafficking
- Research and discover new Influencer partners and content Ideas
- Conduct outreach to the identified new talents based on audience demographics and social media metrics
- Onboard the new Influencers by providing guidelines, orientations, and other supports as needed
- Monitor and analyze Influencer content performance and provide feedback for Improvements and further growth
- Ideate and execute ambassador community activations such as online events
- Assist the Influencer Marketing Manager with administrative duties such as facilitating finance and legal paperwork, organizing & delivering digital assets, and updating databases
- Stay up-to-date with trending topics and viral hashtags to actively apply them to WEBTOON's digital partnership campaigns
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a marketing agency or in-house at a brand coordinating influencer partnerships and/or programs—bonus if you have experience in entertainment or mobile apps
- You must have experience researching and onboarding influencers based on marketing objectives and social media metrics
- You must be knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including (but not limited to) YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch
- You thrive on outreach and fostering relationships with partners
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate the WEBTOON brand to external partners
- You have experience with hosting online community events/activations
- You can work in a fast-paced startup environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail
- As a HUGE plus, you’re deeply engaged in WEBTOON, webcomics, animation sphere online, staying on top of the latest news and trends within the community.
- Bonus if you have experience with Photoshop and/or video editing
