Paid Social Marketing Director
Our exciting LA-based client is looking for a Director of Paid Social Marketing who will lead a team and growth initiatives. This individual will develop, implement, and own a growth marketing strategy driving increased awareness, revenue, and customer acquisition across key paid social channels and platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
You will partner closely with internal analytics, brand, web testing, and creative teams to inform decisions and help drive execution to optimize an eight-figure annual marketing budget against aggressive goals. You will oversee and be a part of an amazingly talented, collaborative, and fun growth hacking team. You will also work cross-functionally with stakeholders and other key teams including an in-house production team, product, design, and web testing to cultivate and execute creative, out-of-the-box ways to drive growth at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive strategy and planning against budget and goals, help with execution and optimization of key media growth channels and across the complete user experience
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including strategic analysis, web testing, design, and media team to share and derive insights and solutions for optimization and continued scale
Who You Are
- You have 6+ years of managing a small to medium team, media buying, and optimization, developing, planning, launching, and analyzing customer acquisition programs meeting aggressive CPO/CAC goals Subscription and influencer marketing experience is a plus!
- Experience scaling and managing medium to large-scale Paid Social (Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, etc.)
