Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation, planning and execution of successful organic social media & influencer strategies, campaigns & related projects for Hatchbeauty’s portfolio of brands. The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist will work alongside Marketing, Brand, Creative & Content Specialists to optimize brands through influencer & ambassador collaborations on social channels to increase brand awareness, engagement & drive sales through our ecommerce and retail partners. They need to have a strong knowledge of digital & social marketing and have a pulse on culture that surrounds the world of beauty & fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Marketing, Journalism, Communications
• 1-2 years experience in social media and/or influencer marketing
• Proven success in building audiences & community for brands through social media and digital content
• Strong familiarity with business applications for social media platforms
• Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 100 and Wrike software platforms
• Knowledge and passion for the Beauty Industry is a strong advantage
