We seek a professional and highly skilled Digital Media Business Development Manager to join the iconic LA Weekly and Village Voice Sales Team!

Street Media is a full-service powerhouse for all of your print, digital and social media needs. From content creation and celebrity/influencer marketing to media placement, branded-content production, digital marketing and print campaigns, our team does it all and more.

What we’re looking for?

  • You are a self-starter, creative, digital solutions-based HUNTER able to work independently to create new opportunities in the digital media solutions space.
  • You thrive on identifying leads and are an expert in follow-up and closing opportunities.
  • You can create custom advertising solutions that produce results utilizing our multi-platform of products.
  • You are experienced in digital media sales and business development and are considered a subject matter expert.
  • You are detail-oriented individual that can build and maintain customer relationships.
  • You have a positive personality and an innate curiosity toward our client’s goals.

What will you do?

  • Achieve digital/print sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Utilize prospecting software and skills to identify leads.
  • Generate and develop new digital advertising campaigns.
  • Effectively negotiate, package, and recommend solutions.
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service to clients.
  • Build effective verbal & written sales presentations.
  • Use CRM tool to manage day to day activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Think creatively and become the subject matter expert on Street Media’s digital product suite.
  • Work with clients on celebrity and influencer projects.
  • Sell bundled products and upsell digital offerings.

What do you need?

  • Digital sales and business development experience.
  • Consultative sales experience with a proven record of sales success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude & self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently as part of a team.
  • Experience with client research and/or other marketing research tools.
