General Summary

Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for scouting new influencers, managing product shipments, and content creation.

Major Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains talent contact database
  • Researches and identifies key influencers/creators that align with the overall brand positioning & ecommerce goals and ensure a diverse pool of creators
  • Outreaches to potential influencers weekly to engage on a gifting or paid basis
  • Maintains product inventory and fulfills product send-outs to influencers
  • Monitors social for influencer mentions & tags
  • Monitors social for trending topics that could drive ecommerce sales
  • Ideates & creates turnkey content for use in paid and owned channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Email, etc.) based on product trends,
  • Develops and assembles monthly and weekly reports including partnership recaps, campaign summaries/learnings; opportunity to present and share ideas with wider team
  • Helps create and organize internal documents including influencer media kits, media briefs, talent rosters, rate sheets, etc.
  • Serves as the first round of review for all inbound influencer/creators applications
  • Occasional administrative duties including managing team meetings, compiling and circulating meeting notes
  • Support the rest of the influencer team with additional tasks whenever needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • ~1 year experience in influencer marketing or social media
  • Expert understanding of Excel (advanced reporting), PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook, and Social Media, including Instagram and TikTok
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to see effects of decision prior to implementing
  • Passionate about fashion, social media, & pop culture
  • Able to prioritize work effectively while juggling multiple tasks
  • Highly motivated to grow and learn
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity
  • Previous retail and/or ecommerce experience preferred
