About The Role

Open Influence's mission is to help brands create alongside extraordinary human beings. We build authentic campaigns leveraging innovative marketing concepts and our influencer relationships to tell our client’s stories in meaningful ways.

This person will collaborate with Sales & Brand Marketing to deliver content that meets business objectives in the most efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the ideation, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns that educate our target audience about our specific business value.
  • Transform technical language into digestible, approachable, and persuasive copy.
  • Take a strategic brief and/or content outline and develop engaging, accurate, and substantive long-form content.
  • Develop net-new long-form assets such as eBooks, trend reports, articles, etc.
  • Develop engaging copy for brand promotion and content lead-gen across display ads, emails, blog articles, social posts, case studies, landing pages, videos, etc.
  • Have a keen knowledge of client business and the technology sector as a B2B marketer.
  • Perform research and occasionally interview internal and external subject matter experts.

Essential skills and attributes:

  • 3+ years of copywriting/content writing experience.
  • Solid strategic skills and ability to “see the big picture.”
  • Strong long-form writing samples — eBooks and SEO Optimized blog articles.
  • Demonstrate a passion for and clear understanding of the Influencer Marketing industry and the media landscape.
  • Proactive attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaborative capabilities.
  • Well-organized and agile.
  • Able to self-manage, cope under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
