Associate, Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

1. Design and execute influencer marketing plans for key music programming tentpoles, working cross-functionally with Artist Partnerships, PR, and Operations
2. Develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and build relationships with micro and macro influencers to create content around the concepts
3. Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate campaign ROI
4. Identify and contextualize new music trends emerging on and off ByteDance platforms

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of music industry experience, with a strong track record in digital marketing/influencer marketing
2. You have experience running point on digital marketing campaigns; prior experience working with influencers strongly preferred
3. You have a deep understanding of the music industry and you are well versed in the digital music space
4. You have a natural aptitude for translating data into insights and trends and the aptitude to influence new strategies based on these insights
5. You are well organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
6. You have excellent communication and relationship building skills and time management skills
7. You are a great teammate and always have a positive and humble attitude
