BACKGROUND AND ROLE
Gravity is looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager to lead & maintain a consistent voice for each of our social channels’ audiences through content creation & innovation.
Our ideal candidate has experience with other fast growing technology companies, ideally in renewable energy, distributed energy, EV charging infrastructure and social media management. You’re on a mission to bring a succinct voice towards Gravity’s mission and ready to join an exciting team!
We are currently going through a period of rapid growth and this growth has led to the opening of an experienced Social Media Manager who will be responsible for the managing, growing and maximizing of awareness on all of our social media accounts.
Strategically, the Digital & Social Media Manager, will be critical in implementing new processes to help coordinate all content management for social media channels, including content production, visual assets, etc. This is a unique opportunity to join the mobility movement in a high-impact role.
Responsibilities
Content Management
- Develop all content management for social media, including content production, visual assets and copy writing.
- Collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders including the creatives, editorials, development, PR and marketing department.
- Work closely with the leadership team for the strategic planning and approval process.
- Keep abreast of competitive trends in the ESG space, identifying any necessary action steps.
- Create seasonal & global campaign concepts for social media.
- Contribute ideas and concepts media content to maintain/grow traffic and engagement
- Own content creation for all social channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, & TikTok, but also tailored to each specific channel.
- Ability to repurpose existing assets and transform it into social media content.
- Maintain a consistent voice for each of our social channels’ audiences through content creation.
- Work with Senior management on development of strategy boards for presentation.
- Oversee quality control for all social content for moving and still assets.
- Research and gain understanding of the target audience.
- Stay on top of relevant social media opportunities and remain familiar with what’s on trend in the EV, sustainability, and EV infrastructure space.
- Work closely with influencers and partners to coordinate social content for all Gravity entities.
Campaign Management
- Oversee end-to-end execution of all social media marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting and tracking.
- Create and manage a monthly reporting process to measure and optimize performance across all platforms.
- Create A/B testing strategies for creative & media formats.
- Manage all billing media & vendors, from raising POs to reconciling invoices with finance.
- Maintain social media content calendars across all platforms.
Performance Marketing
- Digital Specialist with expertise in Organic Social & Paid Social.
- Evaluate and define strategy to achieve the objectives, goals, and KPIs via the channel mix, budget allocation, targeting and creative assets, in collaboration with the marketing team and the leadership team.
- Help define the target audience segment and develop local passion points to attract new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Social Media Marketing.
- 2+ years professional experience in fast growing technology companies, ideally in renewable energy, distributed energy, EV charging infrastructure.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Experience measuring, tracking and improving social media metrics.
- Experience using social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with outstanding storytelling and creative messaging skills.
- Experience with premium brands or within the consumer product industry.
