Brand Partnerships Manager - Existing Business
SUMMARY:
ShopStyle is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual with expertise in retail development, digital marketing and/or media sales to join our fast-growing team as a Brand Partnerships Manager. This role will serve as a primary point of contact with ShopStyle Collective for our clients and be responsible for double digit revenue growth from retailer partnerships. This is a full time, remote position. This position will have an active role in growing partnerships through presentation of influencer marketing-related opportunities and negotiation, strategic planning for portfolio growth, growing affiliate revenue and designing innovative influencer marketing campaigns for partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage key partnerships from pitch to development and follow through on execution of long-term influencer marketing strategies
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of client campaigns
- Use data driven insights to extract learnings and provide insights to strengthen and grow partnerships
- Develop client presentations by providing understanding of client business and objectives.
- Up-sell clients on additional ShopStyle Collective ad products
- Build strong client relationships and reinforce our position as a leading influencer marketing channel by staying on top of industry trends and developing solutions that meet our partners’ needs
- Attend client meetings and industry conferences as needed
- Deliver and exceed against quarterly and semi-annual revenue targets
- Mentor and support junior team members
Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years excelling in a sales or business development role preferred
- Experience working with influencer marketing / executive leaders within client organizations
- Experience working in the affiliate space is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes and strategies to drive new revenue for business
- Proven experience increasing year over year revenue
- Analytical and data-driven approach to identifying and solving client issues and growing partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, & Salesforce
- Interest and knowledge in the influencer marketing, fashion, and/or tech space
