Lull’s Influencer Marketing Intern will work with the Influencer Marketing Team to support our influencer partnerships. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual. You will execute our influencer marketing strategy and assist with finding influencers for Lull to partner with. This role will include working in a fast paced, creative environment, working with cross-functional teams such as Organic Social Media, Growth Marketing, Creatives, and Web Opts. This role is on our dedicated Influencer team, reporting directly to the Influencer Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound inquiries; converse with influencers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Support our Influencer Marketing Coordinators on seasonal campaigns; identify and reach out to potential partners, assist with contracting, ship products, and review branded content
  • Collaborate with different teams (i.e. paid social, organic social, email) to address content needs and integrate into influencer evergreen campaigns
  • Help develop reports and data on campaign performance to be reviewed by the team
  • Keep tabs on trending conversations, pop culture, and help brainstorm ways that Lull can be part of the conversation on social media.



Qualifications:

  • Social media savvy with knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly collaborative with great interpersonal skills
  • You are organized, analytical, incredibly detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about social media, pop culture, and trends
