Influencer Marketing Coordinator
We are excited to look for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the long-term ambassador and influencer partnerships at Lull! You will be responsible for scouting new influencers, managing our databases, evaluating campaign performance, and ensuring partnerships are executed smoothly and efficiently. This role will include working in a fast paced, creative environment, working with cross-functional teams such as Organic Social Media, Growth Marketing, Creatives, and Web Opts. This role is on our dedicated Influencer team, reporting directly to the Influencer Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the growth and optimization of our long-term ambassador program to ensure the highest quality content for our marketing channels
- Collaborate with different teams (i.e. paid social, organic social, email) to address content needs and integrate into influencer evergreen campaigns
- Support our Influencer Marketing team on seasonal campaigns; campaign ideation, identify and reach out to potential partners, send contracts, ship products, and review branded content
- Develop reports and data on campaign performance to be reviewed by the team
- Support team growth by creating structured materials and processes for meetings while actively participating
- Keep tabs on trending conversations, pop culture, and help brainstorm ways that Lull can be part of the conversation on social media
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in social media or influencer marketing
- Social media savvy with knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Slack, Adobe CC preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Drive to find innovative and effective ways to excite and engage influencers with an emphasis on scaling the program
- Highly collaborative with great interpersonal skills
- You are creative, analytical, organized, and incredibly detail-oriented
