Since launching on Kickstarter in 2017, our singular focus around fit has enabled Pepper to grow 400% year over year and rapidly amass a thriving community of adoring customers.

Your impact:

Pepper is looking for an eager Influencer Marketing Intern who will support our influencer and partnership marketing initiatives. This position will play a critical role in scaling Pepper’s influencer and word of mouth marketing programs. You’ll help grow our creator base, inform the quality of content we collect and help support the day-to-day management of our ambassador program. This role will report into the Community Marketing Manager who will be your mentor and oversee your internship program. You’ll also have the opportunity to work cross functionally and gain exposure to the broader team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Community Marketing Manager to scale our influencer program, including managing the outreach calendar, partnership logistics and content tracking
  • Researching potential influencer partners and trends, staying on top of what’s most relevant in an ever changing digital landscape
  • Assist with influencer program budget and reporting
  • Help maintain and organize campaign management documents and content library
  • Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, creative, finance, and operations
  • Assist with managing Pepper’s ambassador program
  • Support our integrated marketing campaigns, helping to build brand awareness through the influencer space

The perfect fit:

  • Currently enrolled as a Bachelors or Masters student or recent graduate — Marketing concentration or a relevant field preferred
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions
  • Team player and collaborator
  • Independent, self-starter and ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Excited and able to work in a fast-paced environment
