As the Sr. Brand Strategist you’ll be a part of our growing Global Brand Strategy team. You will need to leverage your brand management skills to define and develop the brand’s core identities and how those identities will be expressed in various user touchpoints, in close collaboration with the Corporate HQ in Seoul, South Korea. Ideal candidates will have both creative storytelling skills and quantitative analytical perspectives, backed with start-up mindset to manage ambiguity through the phase of fast evolution of the business. Responsibilities
- Monitor the brand’s presence across all internal & external key touchpoints and develop consistent brand storytelling strategies
- Serve as a branding & marketing liaison between the Global Brand Strategy team and Tech/Product/Sales teams, reporting directly to the Chief Brand Strategy Officer (Seoul-based) and in dotted line to the Chief Innovation Officer (Silicon Valley-based)
- Identify opportunities for brand storytelling campaigns and lead execution from the brief to production and media activation
- Optimize ROI for corporate branding initiatives through insights from digital and social media analytics
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in brand, marketing, and business-building roles.
- Expertise in analyzing and distilling data (including market and customer behavior) into insights and creative campaigns Understanding of brand architecture and brand asset management
- Experience in developing creative campaigns, reviewing creative, directing agency partners, and executing brand marketing tactics.
- Comfortable in a flexible, fluid and occasionally ambiguous operating environment
- Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across cultural diversities
Bonus Points
- Ability to communicate effectively, convey strategy, handle objections, and work collaboratively with a variety of teams.
- Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content partnerships/development.
- Understanding of performance marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience in technology marketing or consulting in multinational companies or creative agencies
