GRIN is looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our growing company. You’ll use your recruiting expertise to source, vet, and close highly qualified candidates in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Business Development leaders to build out our top tier SaaS sales organization with high caliber talent. GRIN is headquartered in Sacramento, CA with a “Remote First” work environment, meaning work-from-home is the default. We will give priority to Sacramento area candidates.

What will you do?

  • Recruit Top Talent - Ensure that GRIN is bringing in high caliber and diverse sales talent to achieve our aggressive growth targets
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts encompassing sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and closing of GRIN sales candidates (Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Market Development Representatives, and potentially others)
  • Build a robust pipeline through creative inbound and outbound sourcing strategies
  • Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the entire interview process including interview preparation, debriefs and rejections
  • Play an integral part of the People Ops team by partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and growth targets
  • Contribute to ad hoc People Ops projects as assigned

Experience

  • 2 years minimum of full cycle sales recruiting experience (SaaS experience a major plus)
  • Demonstrated success meeting recruiting deadlines and pipeline goals in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Expert in using an applicant tracking system (GRIN uses iCIMS)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calendars and unique interview processes
  • Proven experience developing and executing creative sourcing strategies
  • Ability to build rapport, credibility, and influence throughout a large sales organization at all levels
