Contribute to the LaForce Digital+ Social Media Practice by effectively managing multiple accounts and team members, while also serving as a key client contact. A successful senior member of the Digital Practice is an established leader and is viewed as a seasoned professional; respected by senior clients, with a proven track record that demonstrates team growth by leading, maintaining, and winning new business.

Business Development

  • Lead, develop and pitch new business from start to finish with the goal to win
  • Stay up to date with market changes and pursue new business opportunities
  • Partner with Practice Leader to vet opportunities that will further the vision of the Practice and company

Project Management

  • Drive account work streams with ownership and accountability
  • Provide forward-thinking solutions for clients and plans that meet client objectives; demonstrate creative thinking and ensure goals are being delivered
  • Lead plan development for existing and potential clients based on research and measurable outcomes
  • Lead digital and social strategy development
  • Lead social campaign development, collaborating with outside creative and in-house teams
  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns
  • Oversee team with research, ideation and presentations for new business opportunities
  • Regularly present fresh, compelling digital-driven ideas
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

Client Management

  • Be a trusted advisor to clients through your ability to listen, reason, imagine, and proactively solve client problems
  • Manage client relationships, provide strategic counsel, guidance and problem solve
  • Partner with the Practice Leader to manage and motivate account teams to deliver superior client service
  • Use your leadership and category expertise to be your clients’ senior strategic partner and point of contact for troubleshooting

People Management

  • Be a mentor. Work with HR team to identify skills development needs and support efforts to improve for team members
  • Provide constructive feedback during performance reviews and on an ongoing basis
  • Continually look for ways to engage top performers through career and learning opportunities so they remain engaged with their future at our company.
  • Oversee team of Digital Strategists who are responsible for:
  • Day-to-day content calendar production
  • Community Management
  • Content strategy execution (influencer, creative)
  • Reporting

Agency Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the LaForce culture, values and business conduct
  • Adhere to LaForce confidentiality and disclosure agreements and code of conduct
  • Support the Practice Leader in the execution of a practice plan that aligns with our agency’s broader strategic plan

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of agency social media experience
