This role is geared around sales enablement. The sales team will utilize audits that the Senior Performance Marketing Analyst originates as pitch collateral to win new business. The Senior Performance Marketing Analyst role is critical to the success of Power Digital's sales organization, and is a unique opportunity to branch out of traditional account management.

About the role:

Responsibilities

  • Conducting performance analyses on our prospective clients' ads accounts (mostly Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager)
  • Developing performance marketing strategies for prospective clients
  • Developing performance forecasts that accurately represent realistic growth targets for prospective clients.
  • Effectively coordinating a team of supporting jr. auditors
  • Be a subject Matter Expert on Power Digital’s proprietary customer intelligence platform, DataQ, and how to unlock its capabilities and utilize in our audits

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Google Ads account management experience including proficiency in Paid Search, Shopping, YouTube and Display
  • 2+ years of Facebook Business Manager experience
  • 1+ years experience auditing existing Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts
  • 1+ years experience creating paid media forecasts for clients
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel
  • 2+ years working in an agency environment preferred
  • Experience managing any or all of the following platforms preferred: Pinterest, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, various programmatic advertising platforms
  • Experience managing Connected TV campaigns preferred
  • Experience using Asana, HourStack, 15Five, and Slack a plus
