Overview:

We are looking for a strong, organized, and energetic Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and support our incredible community. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wakes up every day excited about challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Social media- lead the development and execution of our social media strategy on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Twitter).
  • Influencer Marketing - Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, develop trusted relationships, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.
  • Creative execution - recognizing company branding and aesthetic guidelines, develop and source content to repost/ regram for paid and organic channels and track all efforts.
  • Webinar Program- oversee the management of webinar program.
  • Affiliate marketing - manage and scale affiliate marketing program.
  • Members- manage new members gifting and VIP member program.
  • Competitive Analysis - audit and monitor key competitors.
  • Management support- support the management team with reporting and special project execution.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years experience in a Social Media role.
  • Ability to develop and produce creative content ideas.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker that can interpret numbers and data into actionable insights and learnings.
  • Multi-tasker extraordinaire; able to handle multiple projects without missing deadlines.
  • Self-directed and enjoys taking initiative.
  • Eye for design and creating on-brand content.
  • Desirable: experience with Mailchimp, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Slides, Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc) and Canva.
  • Passionate about the digital media landscape, particularly Social Media.
  • Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
