Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Core responsibilities include assisting Naturepedic’s Social Media Manager and Affiliate Manager with monitoring and moderating all social handles and engaging with consumers via direct message, post comments, and general mentions. You’ll use Sprout Social, a social planning and listening platform, to identify trends and opportunities, along the GRIN & Share-A-Sale platforms to cultivate relationships with potential influencers and affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current trends in social media and influencer marketing.

The successful individual exhibits excellent written communication skills, superior organization, and the ability to stay on top of emerging trends.

Responsibilities will include assisting on the following:

• Creating content, monitoring, managing and responding to social media channels. This includes engaging in conversation, answering questions and responding to reviews
• Organize and maintain social media and event calendar
• Create unique, engaging content and participate on social media
• Find new, innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Scale in-house influencer and affiliate programs to drive rapid growth
• Research, recruit and activate key influencers
• Drive regular communication and engagement with influencers
• Manage contract negotiation with influencers and affiliates
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

Job Qualifications:

• Social media savvy
• Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and any possible new emerging platforms
• Independent, creative thinker
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
