Influencer Marketing Manager ME3 Digital Orlando, FL
Alongside a team of account directors, project managers, graphic designers, and social media managers, the Influencer Manager will work as a part-time leader on our team, initially. We are looking for an Influencer Manager to help us continue to build out the ultimate influencer program for one of our global clients. Once the Influencer Program successfully manages 30 influencers and the Influencer Manager proves their abilities, we will then convert the Influencer Manager role to a full-time role.
This is a part-time salary plus commission payout based on Influencer performance and online sales, as part-time employee benefits. Starting base salary depends strictly on experience. We are looking to begin training for this position as soon as possible.
Influencer Manager Role:
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the creation of influencer marketing strategies, and the planning and execution of successful influencer
campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness, audience
engagement, and drive online sales across a range of social platforms, and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity by utilizing tools to track the performance of Influencers' efforts as well as the provided reporting tools to track online redemptions.
You should have excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand
understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both clients and internal
teams. You’ll have previous experience in social media and influencer marketing and be comfortable leading your own projects. You’ll need to be happy addressing current clients and prospects and using social listening and analytics tools.
You’ll work closely with the Social Media Account Managers and Design team, then report to the Project Manager and leadership of ME3.
Influencer Manager Key Tasks, Skills, and Qualifications Required
- At least 1-2 years experience as an Influencer Manager or similar influencer marketing experience
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies and use of influencer marketing software
- Must provide references in resume
- In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with great time management skills and follow up skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to Network effectively and personally connect with several influencers and corporate clients
- Experience and ability to Negotiate terms and agreements with influencers and brands
- Established a list of relationships with influencers, preferably in the food, gaming, sports, and philanthropy industries
- Experience identifying robust influencer lists, developing and managing relationships with influencers, and using measurement tools
- Experience creating and planning campaigns across social channels such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitch; preferred experience on all platforms
- Strong presentation and speaking skills; ability to build and maintain relationships easily; ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; organized (you’ll work on multiple projects and with multiple influencers at once), with high attention to detail; a proactive, can-do attitude
- Take the lead on program executions, helping our integrated teams understand the value of and way to incorporate influencers/talent into campaigns
- Serve as day-to-day influencer contact for clients and influencers; managing deadlines, content reviews, contracts, and on the fly requests
- Manage and reconcile annual budget
- Manage and place orders for merchandise and other inventory relevant to influencer deliverables via external vendor
- Ability to quickly de-escalate uncomfortable situations
- Operate as a key member of the digital team, driving daily actionable results through social content, influencer, and consumer engagement or outreach
- Develop and deliver client presentations and POVs related to digital activations and programs that align with clients annual campaigns
- Develop ideas for brand new campaigns
- Past experience in developing in-depth reports and presentations of influencers efforts and how it relates to benefitting clients business
- Manage, mentor, and coach junior staff with the potential to directly oversee 2-3 individuals (Later in 2022 for our Summer Internship Program)
