Role Overview
The Brand Advocacy Influencer Marketing Freelancer is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of the influencer marketing and digital/social media landscape.
This role will report to the Senior Manager of Brand Advocacy and will play an integral role in the development and execution of paid influencer campaigns from end to end for the key Winter season. As a digital-native you are obsessed with the influencer world - from YouTube to Instagram to TikTok - you follow the best creators and know who the up and comers are. The role is dedicated to creating brand awareness and engagement via our influencer partnerships. You will assist with account management to set our campaigns up for success, as well as ensuring campaigns run smoothly and reporting on key metrics throughout. We are looking for a candidate who has 2-4 years experience working in an agency directly with influencers or talent.
Goals/Deliverables
- Identify and secure influencers to partner with and support in end to end campaign management
Key Responsibilities
- Support Influencer Marketing team in developing and executing campaigns across social media channels
- Management of Influencer database, keeping track of all influencer partnerships (past/present/future) and archive all influencer campaign content (ie. posts, stories, YouTube videos etc)
- Work closely with influencer team to provide support in project management of campaigns such as:
- Vet talent for brand safety and brand fit
- Draft and update NDAs/contracts for all approved influencers
- Manage influencer feedback and approval process at various stages of content development
- Organize all submitted content for larger team review
- Monitor and ensure all campaign content is being captured in CRM tool
- Monitor and track campaign performance in real-time
- Save and organize all live content imagery/videos to be used cross functionally
- Daily/Weekly data pulls of content performance
- Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations
- Provide administrative support such as submitting invoices and inputting creative briefs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree marketing, communications, or similar area
- 1-2 years professional experience in social media, public relations or influencer marketing preferred
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Discreet, professional, with strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communications skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work productively with a variety of people. Flexibility to handle changing market conditions and workload under tight deadlines.
- Well-organized, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude.
