Influencer And Affiliate Marketing Manager
This is a full-time position at a growing startup with generous benefits and competitive salary. This position is a remote position; if you’re in Denver that is preferred, but we will consider candidates from anywhere in the United States.
The Influencer Marketing Manager’s mission is to build a profitable and scalable influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns for our key products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing programs and digital campaigns
- Test and build a scalable global influencer strategy
- Engage influencers across social platforms for sponsored content
- Manage the influencer and agent relationship from initial concept, to final contract signing and content delivery
- Create and manage annual influencer marketing budget
- End to end project management, including developing the strategy, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, developing assets, tracking, reporting results, and ongoing optimization
Competencies & Requirements
- Requirement: 3 years of influencer marketing experience
- Requirement: a track record of managing a successful influencer marketing campaign
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions
- Have a strong understanding of B2C and B2B key metrics across brand and performance marketing
- Ability to wear multiple hats on a small team with big goals
Outcomes
- Launch a scalable affiliate and influencer campaign
- Create a pipeline / strategy for getting affiliates and set acquisition goals
- Create a commission structure that is best in class in industry
- Successfully manage affiliate relationships and grow them
- Explore feasibility of TikTok influencers and marketing
- Grow our third party management
