Your Role:

As an Influencer Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Influencer Specialists who will be developing influencer lists and facilitating outreach, negotiations and follow through on various influencer campaigns across social media channels on behalf of Blue Wheel for our clients. You will manage the team in carrying out influencer campaigns from concept to execution to analysis. This person will work collaboratively with the internal and external account stakeholders along with the Social Media Manager to craft and execute these strategies.

In the 1st month, you will…

  • Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team, and digital marketing philosophy.
  • Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key account stakeholders.
  • Take a deep dive into the assigned client’s influencer needs and objectives.
  • Ensure Influencer Specialists are hitting their monthly goals.
  • Familiarize yourself with GRIN influencer software.

Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by…

  • Develop and present influencer strategy to new clients alongside the Social Media Manager.
  • Interact with clients on status calls and answer questions on behalf of the Influencer Specialists.
  • Coordinate with the overall social team to aid with social content creation using influencer content.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2 years + experience in the influencer or social media marketing realm.
  • A passion for influencer marketing and social media outside of personal, or friend-related use.
  • Must be EXTREMELY organized in order to stay on top of the team and manage relationships with hundreds of influencers at any given time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with influencer software such as GRIN a plus.
  • The smallest detail is your favorite detail! -- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Is able to complete tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Creativity and experience bringing new platforms and ideas to fruition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills are preferred.
