THE ROLE
Love working with influencers? Passionate about TikTok? Want to run campaigns across industries, from toys to beauty? We’re looking for a veteran influencer manager to identify, recruit, and coordinate influencers for our campaigns.
We’re a growing team of entrepreneurially-minded people. You’ll be working super closely with the whole team as we pitch & execute digital marketing campaigns across industries. This job is perfect for someone who wants to learn and grow a ton, and have a very wide range of responsibilities. We’re very committed to personal and professional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage campaigns with social media creators and influencers on TikTok other platforms
- Identify, recruit and activate influencers, including managing contract negotiations
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents
- Measure and report on results
- Stay on the cutting-edge of trends across social, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign ideation
- Responsive to the unpredictable 24/7 nature of campaign execution
QUALIFICATIONS
- We are open to hiring this role at the manager
- 5-7 years of experience managing influencers for marketing campaigns
- Deep passion for TikTok; experience with TikTok influencers a big plus but not required
- Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond
- Keen eye for detail with the foresight to think about the bigger picture
- Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
