Social/Digital Brand Marketing Coordinator

As Sasquatch Agency’s Social/Digital Brand Marketing Coordinator, you’ll plan and create client content plans, produce organic social content, work on email marketing, draft blog posts, assist with influencer programs, and track and test various content strategies. You will also work with internal tools and staff to develop new content, analyze content performance and optimize strategy on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategic content plans for various clients
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop necessary creative for campaigns, draft copy and set up/schedule campaigns
  • Ensure content schedules are being followed and adapted as clients’ needs change
  • Plan, schedule and execute campaigns for organic social, email, blog, and any other organic/brand opportunities that may come up
  • Proactively track campaign metrics in order to optimize future content plans
  • Work closely with Dr. Manager of Digital Marketing to establish goals and KPIs ahead of campaigns in order to define success and clearly set these goal expectations with clients
  • Assist with managing content and deliverables for ambassador and influencer campaigns
  • Work with internal teams to execute client photoshoots, with a specific focus on capturing this content for social, email, and blog
  • Offer solutions or new tools to achieve better efficiencies in leveraging organic content
  • Continue to train and keep abreast of media trends and new products to elevate content offerings for clients

Basic Requirements

  • Strong understanding of all content media channels with heavy emphasis on social media, specifically Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
  • Solid understanding of content planning, including how organic content fits into a larger marketing strategy
  • Experience writing copy for social, email and blog channels
  • Understanding of the influencer marketing landscape
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Must be comfortable with presenting to clients
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite)

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience with digital content management for a brand, one year can be internship or coursework experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing
  • Experience with platforms like Later, Hootsuite, MailChimp, and Klaviyo preferred
  • Experience using tools like Canva and InShot to produce content preferred
  • Google Analytics certified a plus
