We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Global Influencer & PR team to drive our relationship with Influencers in the USA. This is a hands-on, role-up your sleeves role, and we are looking for someone with a ‘get the job done’ attitude. You’ll already have experience working with influencers and agencies, particularly when it comes to negotiating content plans to strategically drive consideration, engagement, sales, and loyalty. You have experience in working effectively with different members of the team and key stakeholders, managing workload and expectations as well as being comfortable developing other team members. With your proven relationships with Influencers based the USA, you’ll quickly make sure Revolution is a brand at the front of their minds.

What you’ll do...

  • Help implement global influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships through organic and sponsored content and networking
  • Retain current influencer base and aggressively grow new influencers as ambassadors of the brand
  • Help ideate and host influencer events and pop-ups, as well as execute social/digital activations for key brand launches
  • Support development of global influencer marketing strategy to encourage advocacy and support key launches
  • Identify and execute influencer partnerships
  • Understand the influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the beauty industry
  • Harness storytelling to leverage influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs
  • Use tools such as Tribe Dynamics and Tagger for social tracking, database management, and reporting on brand and campaign KPIs for the global team
  • Track and analyze performance of influencer outreach, content, and conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
  • Perform competitive analysis, industry research, and continually assess best practices and KPIs in a consistently changing landscape
  • Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies

What you’ll have...

  • Over 5 years experience working within Fashion and Beauty space specifically within communications.
  • A proven track record of working with micro and macro influencers
  • Beauty experience within either mass and premium
  • Experience of working across all social media platforms
  • Event co-ordination experience
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
