North Six is looking for a full-time Experiential Producer in their New York office. The Experiential Producer will be responsible for producing and executing events as well as multifaceted projects for the company’s various clients in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle and consumer industries.
The Experiential Producer will be working on projects that will vary between launch and influencer events, fashion shows, pop-up shops, consumer activations as well as some corporate events.
Reporting into the Director of Production for the US market, this dynamic candidate should have extensive knowledge and be well versed in all aspects of event production including: venue sourcing, permitting, catering, A/V, lighting & sound requirements, design, spatial planning & visualization, on-site execution as well as day-to- day client and vendor management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all production timelines, budgets and overall day-to-day project management in collaboration with the Director of Production
- Clear communication in regards to your assigned projects with clients, vendors, and internal experiences team
- Produce event activations from concept to completion
- Oversee budget build out and day-to day management; reconcile budget accordingly post event
- Schedule and attend all project meetings, both internal and external as needed
- Strong vendor relations, with the ability to clearly articulate needs as well as negotiate pricing
- Build and maintain effective client relationships - ensuring we are answering all of the client’s needs and that solutions are addressed in a timely manner and are articulated to all associated parties
- Creating and updating client design and production decks for each project you are producing
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of event production/production management
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling and vendor negotiation
- Proficiency with Macs as well as Word, Excel and Keynote
- Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits and event executions
- Awareness of the current event industry landscape and happenings
- An sense of individual style and creativity
- Ability to work long hours, weekends and potential Holidays
