Assembly Media Inc., a subsidiary of Daniel J. Edelman Holdings, Inc., has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive, Influencer to join the Microsoft team. This role would support influencer strategy across multiple Microsoft brands including Surface, Windows, Edge, Teams and M365focusing on the work the brand is doing to engage this ever-growing audience to increase awareness of their products and services.
Our ideal candidates will have a passion and knowledge of influencer partnerships across all tiers of talent, branded video content, social platforms, digital media, the talent management space, and a proven track record of prospecting, negotiating and closing deals to support and fulfill our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to manage and develop relationships across the social influencer landscape and will assist in the development of campaigns that fit within larger 360-degree integrated campaigns across a portfolio of products.

Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Support day-to-day client work including ongoing ideation, campaign development, and strategic consultation around major initiatives and key moments to produce influencer content for the U.S. but that can also be leveraged globally
- Source, build and maintain our proprietary influencer network of bloggers/vloggers, advocates and influencers.
- Oversee offline / online activations with influencers for our clients’ activations.
- Experiment with new ways to leverage influencers to achieve client goals and the ability to constantly improve the way we work.
- Develop KPIs and benchmarks to measure and maximize influencer impact.
- Distill actionable insights from the influencer landscape for our brands and work with our analytics team to measure the impact of influencer programming and deliver client reports.
- Bring industry best practices forward as an architect of an evolving area as well as a gatherer from our other markets across our network.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant digital, agency or influencer experience (full time or internship)
- Experience in influencer marketing, including maintaining relationships with influencers and management agencies, executing small and large influencer programs from start to finish.
- Digitally-savvy with experience in social media, community management and/or marketing.
- Unbelievably organized and have the ability to execute and manage multiple programs across a variety of teams at one time with creative problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skills in both understanding marketer objectives and analyzing campaign performance.
- Willingness to learn this emerging space and openness to taking on new challenges that will be new for the team and agency.
