Art Direction Studio Manager - Jordan
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for our Jordan Art Direction Studio Operations Manager who will be strategic, motivated, positive team leader and partner to their studio Design leaders. They ensure the Art Direction Studio runs effectively and efficiently. This person will drive, implement, and run the Art Direction Design Studio process, solve problems, and will prioritize multiple and oftentimes competing priorities. They drive operational excellence intake and resourcing strategies to enable creative breathing space for design and manage end to end production for content creation (photography, motion, animation/illustration, CG) through post production.
What You Will Work On
You'll be a strategic partner to the Design Director, having end-to-end transparency to all projects in the Art Direction Studio. You’ll drive end to end production process and ensure the team stays on-track to meet deadlines while setting clear expectations between Marketing cross-functional teams and project stakeholders. You will own and drive critical project timelines and balance workload for designers in partnership with other creative producers. You will manage seasonal project budgets. You will help to drive clarity around the brief and briefing process and partner with the Design Director to determine studio priorities.
You are the connection point between all internal and external teams, seamlessly communicating details throughout the production process so all are aligned from concepting to delivery.
You'll lead onboarding of internal full time and temporary ETW resources. Manage external agency resources, negotiating rates, creating contracts, managing invoices and workback schedules. Along with planning offsite, inspiration and team building opportunities.
Who You Will Work With
You'll work in Art Direction - one of three studios making up Global Brand Creative - alongside 365 Creative Studio and Brand Narrative Studio reporting to the Brand Creative Operations Director. In addition, we partner closely with Global Marketing functions including Consumer Direct Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Sports Marketing, Brand Communications and Design, Legal Business Affairs, Finance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years in fields directly related to production and creative project management
- Deep understanding and expertise in creative production - photography, motion and post production
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Experience in budget planning, management, and reconciliation
- Ability to lead teams looking after multiple unrelated workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to adeptly tackle complex organizational problems with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Deep expertise of Photography, Motion and Post Production
- A committed personal passion for imagery and motion, and the ambition to stay at the forefront of creative talent resourcing.
- Ability to establish good relationships within the creative and production industry
