Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time remote ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Social Media Manager. As the Social Media Manager you will be responsible for executing the strategy for social media by managing the company’s social channels . This role supports marketing and communications efforts by developing plans to meet objectives through social media. The Social Media Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day management and development of our social community across all social media channels, including writing, overseeing the design, and posting content, ensuring timely responses, managing social media programs and strategy, and making sure the brand voice is carried out across all social media channels. The Social Media Manager is an individual contributor who will work closely with the marketing managers, project managers, content strategy, production artist, and external agency partners. This role sits within the marketing team and will report into the Director, Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, execute and scale social campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and potentially other social channels
  • Monitor social media activity using Sprout Social or similar tool; find opportunities for engagement and response
  • Explore new ways to engage with current / future followers, influencers and brand partnerships
  • Support content development and management for all social media channels
  • Stay engaged and up-to-date with social media trends, content and platforms
  • Manage and maximize the effectiveness of social media, communicate the strategy to key stakeholders
  • Project management of social media campaigns, content and reporting
  • Track social activity against stated annual objectives create monthly analytics and insights reports
  • Communicate with teammates and collaborate to make informed decisions based on data
  • Audit and evaluate competitors' social media efforts regularly
  • Analyze data to support insights, key takeaways, and optimizations
  • Recognize opportunities to support business goals and create operational efficiencies
  • Use social media strategy documents (including brand voice & tone, style guides, KPI dashboards, editorial calendars, inspiration decks, research, promotion plans, etc.) to plan content that will reach and resonate with target audiences
  • Build, manage and deliver against editorial calendars and content calendars
  • Ensure all content distribution activities are coordinated across all social channels
  • Create meaningful, relevant content on all social media platforms in partnership with our design partners
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of visual assets – including graphics, photos, videos and animated GIFs
  • Supervise, direct, and/or manage the work of others whether direct staff, consultants, and/or agency partners
  • Adhere to digital marketing policies including content review and approval, and governance policies
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
  • Identify, prioritize, allocate appropriate resources and oversee progress across projects to achieve organizational objectives
  • Additional duties as assigned, according to the changing needs of the business

Requirements:

  • 5 + years of social media or related experience at an agency, or corporation
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Strong and demonstrable written and verbal communications skills
  • Understands organic and paid social media
  • Previous medical device or biotech experience is a plus
  • Experience managing social media channels and enterprise-level based social scheduling and reporting software tools
  • Proven success utilizing social channels creatively to achieve organizational and marketing goals
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Ability to strategically create and distribute content across a variety of social media networks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic and innovative, with excellent analytical abilities and proven success in executing data-driven paid media marketing plans
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in paid media marketing
  • Ability to develop strong, trusting, and collaborative relationships
  • Social media influencer marketing experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged period of time
  • Adjusting, moving or lifting objects up to 25 pounds
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
