Digital and Social Media Lead
Electric Last Mile Solutions (ELMS) is looking for an energetic, organized, and passionate Digital and Social Media Lead to join our growing team.

In this position, you will assist the Marketing and Communications teams in engaging and growing our community and followers via digital (web), social media, and other digital communications. Working in collaboration with multiple departments, you will help us maintain one voice across multiple platforms to achieve our goals of boosting ELMS’ brand awareness globally and promoting our solutions to our growing customer base.
What you’ll be doing (Job Responsibilities; include but are not limited to):
· Lead the day-to-day strategies and implementation of our digital efforts, including SEO/SEM, digital display and targeting, social media, and influencer marketing
· Develop and curate digital/social media content to engage audiences and grow our user base on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website. Sub-handles include: @ELMSolutions
· Manage day-to-day campaign flow including creative and social listening efforts
· Build and execute campaigns that drive user engagement and growth on new and existing platforms
· Be the subject matter expert on all things digital and social
· Set the mark for benchmark metrics for all things digital
· Source, develop and/or manage content to populate our social calendar
· Manage digital and social media advertising spend
· Collaborate with internal and external partners to make content compelling and comprehensive
· Partner closely with ELMS’ Comms and Marketing teams to align on the content calendar
· Analyze digital and social media performance and create reports to update the marketing and Communications teams on the performance of outreach efforts
· Represent the organization’s identity to various audiences on digital/social media platforms and at events, ensuring one, constant brand voice
· Brainstorm and execute innovative, new strategies for social media engagement to recruit the best and brightest to ELMS
· Additional tasks as assigned
What we look for in you (Job Requirements):
· You’ve spent 3-5 years or more in Marketing on the client-side or in the agency world
· You have real, tangible experience excelling in the world of social media
· Your excellent research and writing skills made it possible for you to come up with break-through digital ideas
· You have strong knowledge of SEO and SEM
· You are well versed in general marketing knowledge, with an emphasis on digital, social, and CRM
· You possess strong project management skills - able to build, track, and execute on processes from start to finish independently under rapidly changing priorities.
· Ability to write engaging content for diverse audiences on multiple platforms
· Graphic design and photo/video editing skills and experience
· You love to collaborate and work effectively on a team
· Innovative, self-starter
· Proficiency with web design and website content management systems
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in marketing, communications, or related field
· Creative problem solver who is willing to wear many hats and support operations as needed
· Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
