Influencer Events and PR Manager

UOMA Beauty are looking for an Influencer, Events and PR Manager who will be responsible for leading their global paid, unpaid and affiliate influencer programs, events and PR.
To be considered you must have a background in Beauty or Fashion and have relevant experience across all three areas of this job.

Job Responsibilities - Influencer Management
· Develop campaigns grounded in a strategic approach by gathering audience, market and business insights, using a variety of tools, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy.
· Analyse and track influencer KPIs developing monthly reports presented directly to management.
· Oversee UOMA’s affiliate programs working closely with the Head of Marketing regarding operations, onboarding, and management.
· Execute and further develop our paid content partner strategy. Coordinate paid influencer content, reviewing influencer posts, drafting, and submitting editing notes and ensuring that all influencer content is delivered accurately and on time.
· Project manage influencer marketing campaigns from launch concepting through to post campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer initiatives and projects ladder up to company-wide visions and KPIs.
· Research and identify key influencers for launch campaigns and ongoing engagements throughout the year, tailoring and curating influencer lists to best fit launch strategies, objectives and themes.
· Manage all influencer communications including communication via email, phone, and direct messages on various social media platforms in partnership with the Social Media Manager.
· Manage influencer relationships with their agents and managers, ensuring professional, and documented exchanges.
· Take responsibility for campaign budget management to ensure campaign profitability and ensure deadlines and key milestones are met.
· Facilitate accurate on-time client billing, supplier payments and outbound invoices.
· Manage on behalf of UOMA and in partnership with influencer’s management/agents all influencer press days, interviews, personal appearances and photo shoots.
· Align influencer events and content with our marketing and social media calendars.
· Coordinate with the Head of Marketing to align Influencer content creation with the Master Activation Calendar.
· Support the development of overall department operations manuals, including: Influencer and PR event templates, Influencer partnership and seeding guidelines, Editorial Press Tools/Collateral, Calendars/Local Activation Timelines
Job Responsibilities - Public Relations Management
· Work closely with UOMA’s external PR Manager partner to ensure the expeditious transfer of product imagery, product information and launch assets as needed by press.
· Join Head of Marketing on weekly calls with UOMA’s external PR Manager partner, keeping notes during meetings, following up with additional information as needed.
· Keep all Influencer/PR lists accurate and up to date - securing approval for all edits or additions to our PR list and all PR seeding from the Head of Marketing.
· Manage the inventory of our PR units delivering a monthly inventory count to Head of Marketing and seeking approval from Head of Marketing for all product seeding.
· Own completely all PR pack-outs, organizing production days, coordinating with operations on materials prep and ordering, providing a written pack-out plan to Head of Marketing for approval in alignment with all product launches and strategic seeding events.
· Lead and own product seeding efforts to both unpaid and paid influencers to increase social posts, UGC and owned content.
· Responsible for all press pack-outs, coordinating with UOMA’s external PR Manager. Ensure that our external PR Manager is always stocked with products for NY metro area press in conjunction with launches and on-going press seeding.
· Track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy.
· Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape.
Required Skills
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 3+ years’ influencer management experience, with minimum 1 year explicit management experience.
· Experience managing influencer programs and campaigns on behalf of fashion, beauty, and retail brands.
· Experience tracking influencer KPIs and analytics with ability to translate complex data into reports to be shared with upper management.
· Strong and demonstrated project management skills required.
· Strong writing skills including editorial writing, caption writing and accurate spelling required.
· Extremely well organized and particularly detail oriented.
· Knowledge of the influencer landscape on major marketing channels.
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Hard-working, self-motivated while highly collaborative with an enthusiasm to take full responsibility for your work.
· Able to communicate across the organization at all levels
· Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail.
· Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential nature.
· Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task.
· Experience working within a global scope.
