Title: Coordinator, Brand Partnerships

Reports to: Manager, Brand Partnerships

Location: Remote

The Brand Partnerships Coordinator is a highly strategic, organized, and calming force in a fast-paced environment. This individual works well in a team-based, detail-oriented workplace. This person must be adaptable and have a passion for working closely with their teammates to plan and deliver for clients with top-notch execution. The focus of this role will be on execution of brand campaigns for Kin-produced content and Kin creators.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with Kin teams to come up with campaign concepts and plan and execute brand campaigns

● Help gather data for pitches as needed (demographics/stats)

● Work directly with brands and agencies during campaign execution to keep everyone on the same page, informed, and the ball moving

● Assist with prep for shoot days to ensure brand integrations guidelines are up to date and accurate

● Update brand deal trackers, calendars and stay on top of deadlines for deliverables

● Assist with managing the network of digital creators at Kin and their brand campaigns

Requirements:

● Understanding of social media ecosystem and interest in influencer marketing

● Patience, thoughtfulness, and confidence to communicate with talent, brands, and agencies in fast paced situations

● A positive, solution-oriented demeanor. Look for "yes" before saying "no".

● Strong organizational skills

What You Have:

● 1+ years of experience in digital media working with/for brands, media agencies, PR agencies and/or publishers

● Bachelor’s Degree

● Experience working across social media platforms including: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat

● Experience managing paid digital media campaigns is a plus

● Excellent Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets skills

● Strong digital media and brand content knowledge

● Familiarity with social management tools preferred: YouTube CMS, Facebook CMS
