Our agency client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong background in social with solid project management knowledge. Must have a strong understanding of content generation practices, creative thinking, and active ideation with a solid grounding in data and rationale, as well as an interest in emerging trends, technologies, and influencers in the B2B, Consumer, and Outdoor industries. Hybrid/Seattle, WA
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of social campaigns from start to finish, driving collaboration with partners
- Lead/manage communication with Ambassador teams, Influencers
- Drive and optimize affiliate marketing programs
- Manage all aspects of affiliate marketing teams and campaigns
- Manage key relationships with existing affiliate partners, and identify additional optimization efforts to drive optimal performance
- Negotiate contracts with content creators
- Develop clear KPIs for influencer programs
- Represent and inspire the clients, agency, and content creators
- Develop success reports and analyze metrics to provide recommendations
- Modest travel (when safe again)
- Work with client partners such as retailers and sponsorships as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working at an agency
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or similar
- Experience working with national/global CPG brands AND B2B
- Experience managing complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Experience running social-driven campaigns
