The successful candidate will:

  • Have 1+ years' experience in the general influencer landscape
  • MUST possess experience working with beauty brands

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As with any start-up business, roles and responsibilities will evolve but here's a rundown of expectations as they stand today:

  • Social Media management: This role requires operating with creators across the large main social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc)
  • Influencer management: sourcing Creators, successfully onboard them, lead all Creator communication, build strong relationships with Creators.
  • Creative inspiration: Preparation of mood-board and Influencer facing briefs
  • Creative quality: Work closely with the Campaign Manager to give feedback and approve all content
  • Campaign performance: Work closely with the Campaign Manager on campaign management, execution, and Wrap Reports
  • General: Assist the Team in the successful delivery of campaigns and some new business pitch work
