The Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help build out our team during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing pipelines of top-tier talent and managing full-cycle recruiting processes for roles at all levels of the company. You will also partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute dynamic recruitment strategies to support the growth of an innovative, inclusive, and highly collaborative team.

You’re a great fit for this role if you understand what an effective recruitment function looks like, and how providing a first-class candidate experience can help amplify our brand. You should also be comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and building and iterating on processes in a fast-paced work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and focused individual who wants to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly accelerating startup.

This position will support technical and non-technical roles.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across the organization
  • Source and activate candidates across multiple channels, to build a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent for high priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the interview process and sell them on the value propositions of joining the AspireIQ team
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and reference checks to assess candidate viability and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Provide the best possible experience to candidates as you guide them through the hiring process
  • Plant, nurture and champion our culture, values, and mission as we scale our team distributed worldwide

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for a talent agency or in-house at a growing startup
  • A proven track record sourcing quality candidates in a competitive job market
  • A goal-driven mindset; someone who can think outside the box in order to meet objectives
  • Empathy and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate, negotiate and sell career opportunities to passive and active candidates
  • The ability to maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues
  • Previous experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems and relevant recruiting technologies for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Flexibility and dexterity to work effectively on a variety different of job openings
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
